He was awesome in Frida, and robbed of a nomination. Boo-hiss! I couldn't agree more!

Hooray! An Alfred Molina thread! Prick Up Your Ears was the bomb, he steals the movie from an entire ensemble cast in Boogie Nights, he was the only thing that made Not Without My Daughter watchable (and I once listened to an interview where he referred to it a "not without my per diem," which made me laugh really hard).
Seems to have a really good sense of humor whenever I've seen/heard him in interviews, too.
Salma Hayek got cool points by association too, because apparently she was very, very determined to get him in Frida. Excellent choice, m'lady.

He made some funny comments about being a lame super-villian in Spiderman 2 in some interview... maybe in Entertainment Weekly? Basically his reasoning was the it's hard to be a badass when you are wandering around wearing an open trench coat, flashing your 'man boobs' in all their glory. Awesome.

Love him! Does anyone remember him in an ep of last season's "Law & Order: SVU"? I swear, the man can do damn near anything!

I just saw that episode! Prick Up Your Ears was the first DVD I bought for myself.
