The Associated Press is reporting that the dogs have been found and returned to the Police by someone not associated with the robbery.

I sincerely hope they find the bastards that did this and they are charged to the fullest extent. I'm curious about the woman who found and returned them. No word if she's claiming the reward money, but it'll be interesting to see what happens in the days ahead. |

Adopt, don't shop. There are tons of dogs and cats in shelters who need homes, and it's better for you because you won't be out $$$, your pet probably won't have the health problems associated with purebreds, and now apparently you run the risk of getting shot if you're out walking your designer dog. No offense to anyone who gets their pets from breeders, but as a lifelong believer in shelter pets, this just seems like the saddest and most absurd situation ever. To think of how many dogs were put down in shelters while there are literal organized and violent crime rings out there for dognapping "fancy" animals. I agree with this so much. To me, it's crazy that people are stealing family pets, and now it's at level of shooting people to steal dogs?! WTH? |

Well, we can't get a dog from the Humane Society because they say farms are not good places for dogs. So we have to buy one from someone whose dog had pups. Someone on a farm. Not all puppies are from puppy mills. Giving birth doesn't make the dog a "mill".
Gaga can have whatever dogs she wants, but honestly, I think bulldogs are the most unappealing breed out there. I don't understand their appeal, especially to the point of stealing them.

The Associated Press is reporting that the dogs have been found and returned to the Police by someone not associated with the robbery. Perhaps I have been watching too many Law and Order reruns on HBO Max. However, it is at this point in the episode that the police have announced to the press that a woman not associated with the robbery has found the dogs. They have sent her home and assured her that her reward money will be paid out as soon as the bank can process the payment. And now a team of detectives are secretly surveilling her to find out the truth about her connection to the robbers and bust the whole ring. Perhaps they will wait until she tries to deliver to her accomplices their portion of the reward money. |

I have a one-track mind when it comes to L&O because I only watch SVU. I have been streaming SVU in the past week, and not on HBO Max but on Peacock. All seasons of SVU are available free on Peacock, but I don't know about Original Recipe or the other spinoffs. |

I'm glad Mr. Fischer will recover. Knowing the dogs are safe is undoubtedly a weight off his mind. I've been a dogsitter for years and I'd be shattered if one of them was stolen while I was out with them.
