Though, Chris and Karl also have the charm and wit (and Karl has the accent as well!) so yeah they both beat Robert on my hot man scale.

Chris's personality seems to be a big part of his appeal. At the UK Star Trek premiere, he just kind of walked past me a few times and I didn't find him so hot (plus, I was very distracted by Eric Bana). But my sister got to interview Chris and in those few minutes of chatting to him, she was smitten. Said he was totally funny and charming. Then when I saw him on screen, I fell for him, too and wished I'd paid more attention when I had the chance!

Agreed. He also comes across as an intelligent guy without dropping SAT words and without sounding pretentious (take notes Gwynnie!) His seems also pretty self-aware and aware of the world around him. One interviewer if he felt like he had the weight on the world on his shoulders since he was taking on Shatner's role. Chris basically said, "Not really. There are more major things going on in the world than me playing make believe."

According to Just Jared Chris was leaving an acting class when the sweater photo was taken. I guess there's another reason to like him. He's a pretty good actor but I can appreciate someone who can admit they still have much to learn and is willing to take the time out to do it.

Washington would play an experienced engineer who finds himself in a race against time, with a runaway train carrying a cargo of toxic chemicals. The role of the conductor who helps Washington’s character, has not yet been cast. Filming with Bale this summer & Denzel in the fall. Dude is gonna be big. Yay! He deserves it.

Weirdness. I find him so hot in photos but thought he was too much of a caveman onscreen in Star Trek. And I don't mean that he was brutish cuz that is how Kirk is s'posed to be. I mean he *looked* like a caveman.
