Sparrow? No.
I think that Harlow Winter Kate is a pretty name (not my style, but it's nice), but this one is all sorts of wrong. It's like they were trying to make it the exact male equivalent of his sister's name.

Should have gone with James Sparrow. He can take that as his full name when he's had enough of his parents (I do like Harlow, though).

The kids in the playground will probably think it's cool because of Captain Jack. It's when he's older and filling out job applications that it'll be a burden.

Harlow Winter is unusual but it had a nice ring to it. But Sparrow? Did they watch Pirates of the Caribbean one too many times? At least he can go by James if he decides he hates his name later.

James Midnight is fine, and he wouldn't have minded not having a third middle name. Hell, call him Midnight James Sparrow and then he can be MJ.
