There was a story a couple of months back that she had a new boyfriend that she met at college. Not sure how much validity there is to it but she's mainly quietly going along with her life and it seems that she and the kids are being afforded privacy.

He is a great golfer it was nice to see him in contention and the excitement that brings. But yes, his self centered personality can never be removed. He is now trying to sell his yacht because the thing costs too much to run a year which is understandable but what is really a Tiger move though is trying to get Elin take it as part of the settlement. Tough luck Tiger, Elin is way too smart for you, she wouldn't touch that thing with a ten foot pole.

Right - there are probably too many stains on the inside to try and clean off to make it usable again.

I was nervous when I saw he was in contention at the Masters. I thought if he won that the media would immediately revert back to fawning all over him. Glad to hear that he's still acting like a self centered prick. He'll never learn.

I do like Tiger to be in it - because then there's a villain to cheer against. But yes, he was back to his usual obnoxious self (despite still wearing his Buddha bracelet that's supposed to be helping him so much!).
I constantly heard someone grumbling and bitching and swearing .. yep, only Tiger. All the other players manage to stay mostly quiet, even when they mess up. He also is back to barely acknowledging the fans again. Just a sourpuss face. And then at his exit interview, he could only say that he was starving and needed to go eat. Sigh, what an asshole. But as long as he keeps losing - bring him on!

He needs to take a few year off. It's a shame Tiger isn't winning because golf is too white as it is. I don't get why he's a "villain." Like he's the only golfer than cheats on his wife? If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn. I personally couldn't stand him long before the cheating stuff. He's rude and throws temper tantrums on the golf course. He gets away with bad behavior because of who he is... no one should be allowed to get away with such spoiled petulance. I don't give a flying crap what color he is. I do absolutely agree that golf (and government) are mostly a bunch of boring white men. There are a lot of good Asian players right now, so that's something. But I refuse to cheer for a spoiled brat like Tiger just so that there's some color in the sport.

But what does that have to do with him being a great player. I could care less if he's rude, just play the fucking game. It's not like I have to sleep with him, or clean his toilet.

My twitter timeline blew up with people tweeting about the Masters. They were excited and wanted Tiger to win. These were the same folks who had a great time bashing him and calling him out a year ago. Tiger is good for golf. Even his year "off" has been good because it allowed unknown players the opportunity to show their stuff. Ratings-wise CBS couldn't have been happier to have Tiger charging to the top.

But isn't that how it is with everyone? We like certain athletes because of their personality sometimes. Yes, he's a great player (and may be again), but when he's swearing and slamming his club around on the course (and he's the only one doing it) - I can't stand to watch the guy. If anything, that loud muttering to himself and banging his club around has actually gotten worse. And then there was the spit. I actually think everyone is going out of their way to give him a pass on that shit because they're happy to see him back (and the ratings/attention he brings). I can't imagine how it would have been received if we say Rory McIlroy stomping around like a child. That 21 year old kid behaved a million times better than the grown up, seasoned millionaire.
