So taking the game seriously gives you a d-bag pass? There are plenty of classy athletes who don't resort to temper tantrums. And some pretty well behaved golfers have been taking all the titles from Tiger in the last 3 years.
That caddy was up to his gray hair in Tiger's shit. I wonder what kind of payoff he got to keep quiet? Most of it is out now of course, but I'm sure the last thing Tiger wants now is a caddy tell-all book dragging it all back to the surface.

I can take it that you don't like Tiger, but I didn't allude that taking the game seriously gives Tiger a d-bag pass; I said tantrums happens a lot in sports. It's inappropriate, but it happens. Hockey, anyone?
In regards to the caddy, I don't think Tiger had to pay him anything. They were close; their wives were friends. Plus, the caddy was making millions just by being the caddy. Why would the caddy bite the hand that feeds him?
Now, that the hand is not feeding him, all bets are off on him running his mouth.

The final shot had people holding their breaths as it went it. NGL, we cheered in my house. He played well. He deserved to win.

It's good for golf. If he's in it more, there will be more interest.
Personally, I hate the smug, spoiled, bratty SOB, so I never like to see him win.

When I read this on twitter, I thought it was home she shared with Tiger and this was sort of a message to him. Now learning it was home she bought for herself; I just think wow what a huge waste. I still wonder if she bought the home but it was maybe intended as a fresh start for her and Tiger; but he hadn't changed so this was her message to him.. I mean this is just wierd to bulldoze a home worth that much money. It goes against the image she has portrayed and others have described of her.

Well, at least she kept the trees!
Most of that 12 mil figure would be tied up in the land value, not in the house. It's still wasteful to destroy a perfectly good house but it's not like she was actually bulldozing 12 mil away. Put a new house on that lot and she'll end up "making" money.
As for the "why Florida?" question in that link: um, Tiger has access to those kids! They have to be accessible to him!

I wonder if there was anything structurally wrong with the house--like mold or major foundation problems or just horrible workmanship. High price tags on houses do not guarantee pristine or even safe conditions.
Sandra Bullock built a gorgeous home on the lake here that had to be torn down because the workmanship was so shoddy. She did, however, donate all usable fixtures and cabinetry to the local Habitat for Humanity resale store. I hope Elin did the same, although she's so private we'd probably never hear about it.

It's her house, and hers to do whatever she likes with it. It's not unheard of for someone to purchase an expensive home FOR the land, and get rid of the home on it and have one they actually like built. She can afford it.
