Tiger sends private jet to Austria to fly an injured Lindsey back to the US for surgery. Why is Lindsey Vonn the one to watch in skiing? Is it because she's pretty and blond? She always seems to be on the verge of greatness and then she gets injured. The last winter Olympics covered every move she made. Does she sabotage herself?

Lindsey's looks and marketing definitely help her notoriety, but she's won a gold medal at the Olympics and other major events, so she's not all hype and no results a la Danica Patrick (lol, obviously need a new example here).

Tiger golfed with Obama this weekend. It was a big topic on all the morning shows: how strongly did the White House staffers advise him against it, why were cameras forbidden, how does Michelle feel, etc. If you had told anyone four years ago that Tiger Woods having a round of golf with the president would have been remotely controversial, everyone would have laughed you out of the room.

It's ridiculous it's even controversial now.

What does Tiger being a ho' and a bad husband have to do with Obama? Sure Tiger's a jackass, and I probably wouldn't want my hubby hanging around with him for more than a few hours, but it's not like he's any worse than the monsters/lobbyists that politicians pal around with to get campaign donations.

The media is crying because they weren't invited to tag along. I have never wanted to slap members of the media more than I have in February 2013. From the Alabama bunker to Dorner to the Carnival cruise from hell to this silliness - I want to slap them hard.

Well, not many really thought Tiger was a ho before that infamous Thanksgiving weekend, but then as the truth was revealed, people sort of smacked themselves in the head for not putting it together that he was quite friendly with heavy womanizing partiers like Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley. And now Obama is having a "boys' weekend" with Tiger while his wife and daughters are thousands of miles away. You can already make the jokes and write the tabloid headlines. I am looking forward to the fan fiction The National Enquirer and The Globe manage to get out of this. They spun Michelle's bangs into a presidential love triangle with Kerry Washington, so Obama's new "friendship" with Tiger will really get the creative juices flowing.

That Enquirer story is hilarious. It reminds me of the tabloid stories about George W.'s love triangle with Laura and Condi.
Yeah, I can understand the media running with innuendo due to Tiger's known ho-ishness but, on the other hand, Obama could spend time with either Michael Jordan or Charles Barkley without raising any eyebrows. Maybe it's because more time has passed and none of Jordan or Barkley's affairs became quite so public but if he can spend time with Bill Clinton without becoming corrupted, he can surely spend time with Tiger and maintain his virtue.
