Keep Your Distance sucked, but not because of Christian Kane, Stacey Keach or the guy who played Whitt.

It sucked because we were supposed to root for Jennifer Westervelt and Gil Bellows' characters. She was a heinous bitch who publically humiliated her boyfriend by turning down his public proposal (okay, you don't want to marry him, just take the ring and break up with him in private) and he was an empty suit DJ.

The Girl Next Door sucked, but not because of Timothy Olyphant.

It also had one of the better "slo-mo group walking into a room" sequences. The three kinda dorky main guys confidently stride into the prom with gorgeous porn actresses on their arms to the tune of N.E.R.D. 's "Lapdance". Heh. Take that, John Hughes!

I agree it suck because of Eric Bana, Sean Bean and Peter O'Toole. They gave good performances which were overlooked for some reason.
