Whenever I'm on the phone, call for someone, and they don't respond, I holler, " GRACE!" ala Mr. Rooney from Ferris Bueller. OMIGOD! Opposite - sometimes when I'm yelling for someone, I'll do Cameron pretending to be Sloan's father, yelling at Rooney on the phone! "ROONEY!!! GRRR!"

So that's how it is in their family.
Sorry. Couldn't help myself.

I have a tendency to say "I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the dirt" from Mommie Dearest when the house or my workplace isn't clean to my liking.
Then my husband and I will say to each other "Listen up, meow," "Is there anything funny, Mister... Larry Johnson?" and "Who wants a mustache ride" from Super Troopers.
And then to friends and coworkers, I like to spring on a random, "Writing a book hippie? Why don't you go listen to some folk music and give me a break" from Female Trouble.

"Could be worse. Could be raining," from Young Frankenstein is quite popular around chez Pusher. Of course I live in the Pacific Northwest, so it usually is.

Because it has been mentioned in a few other non-movie threads.
"Release the Kracken!"
This one is sure to pop up in polite, and not so polite, conversation from here on.

Whenever my sister and I are excited about something, we have been known to use the sound heard here at 0:32 complete with the hand/arm motions. We have also been known to yell Bitch, I don't know your life!!!! from Baby Mama at the end of random conversations for no reason. It's even better if we pop up off of the couch like Amy Poehler does. Is it bad that my family can quote about 70% of " Mommie Dearest"?

I love this thread.
My brain isn't working this morning so all I can remember right now is that MrCatHead and I use the Romy and Michele line, "Didn't he die?" way too often. Even in totally inappropriate situations.
We also say, "That's gonna leave a mark" from Tommy Boy. We say it so often that my daughter says it, not even knowing it's a movie quote.

Heh, hubby and I are always screaming, "Bitch, I don't know your life!" at each other. Also popular is, "I'm sorry I farted into your purse."
My sister, mom and I know Mommie Dearest backwards and forwards. My sister is clean-crazy and I'm always mocking her by going, "I'm not mad at you -- I'm mad at the dirt!"
The most-quoted movie in our house, though, is The Money Pit. "Oh, thank God it's you, honey ... an hour ago I thought the Care Bears were here." Hubby likes to insult people by calling them a duck fart.
Hee. "Not so much here or here, but right here." "What happened to your face!?" Hubby likes to piss me off by asking me, "Are you talking?" Grrr.
