Pierre Casiraghi was part of the two week trek to help Gretha Thunberg sail in a sailboat across the Atlantic. Given all the chatter about Royals and private planes, I was pleasantly surprised to learn he was a part of this journey. Thunberg made worldwide headlines for her carbon-neutral journey to the UN Climate Action Summit. Her willingness to spend a fortnight aboard a sailboat, eating astronaut-style food sachets and living without a real toilet, is undeniably impressive. Casiraghi is a sailboat racer and owner of the Malizia II, a boat recently outfitted to be carbon-neutral. "We are probably one of the few boats in the world that is totally zero fossil fuel," the royal said in an interview with the Times. Greta's unexpected partner across the Atlantic

That's pretty cool, especially considering page 1 of this thread was mostly about a bar fight he was in. Glad he matured and threw his resources into a good cause.

He's definitely turning into the shining royal of Monaco. I would not have thought of that a few years ago.

Grace's grandkids seem to be reasonably sensible, all things considered. They have jobs and/or are involved in some kind of philanthropy, and none of them have had any major scandals.
