I finally saw this movie and it is incredible. I admit I have never read the book or have seen the Swedish version of this. Rooney Mara did a surprisingly good job. I also liked Daniel Craig in this and loved the score.
I absolutely loved the beginning sequence even though it puzzled me at first and I had to watch it again. The song accompanying it was perfect. At first, I thought it was Garbage who did the cover of 'Immigrant Song" since it sounded like them.
