Gemma is showing her real colors, and sadly I'm liking her less. Now she's manipulating her own son to kill the man she chose over her husband...the minute she smells weakness in a man she bounces. Not cool.

Yeah, the whole "blame the black guys" subplot was trite and overdone. Tig going after the Niners (sp?) was a little absurd. Just say the word black and everyone flips out? Offensive.

I'm confused about Juice as well. I thought once Chibs chilled him out about his heritage (another black thing), he'd walk away from the feds? He seemed mollified but then kept checking in. I have no idea what his gameplan is, but from what I've read about his character, he's this savant who's crazy smart on computers...and that's about it.

Season finale part two was a bit of a snoozer. I feel bad for Tig because he seems loyal to Clay.

Yeah, out of all the crazy stuff that happened this year, Tig and Bobby were really the only ones who got shafted. Now there is no President Clay, and no job. It was self-inflicted, (STOP KILLING INNOCENT WOMEN, DAMN!) but Tig's so clearly such a messed up person, that I feel a twinge of sympathy for him. It will be interesting to see where his loyalty lies with a crippled Clay still at the table and with Gemma and Clay apart. I can't tell if he loves Gemma as a mother figure or wants her as his ol' lady. Although if I were Jax and my mother hooked up with Tig, I would never recover. I just can't see Gemma dealing with Tig's confusing and messed up sexuality. He has a Madonna/Whore complex like whoa.

This season was really great and kept building and building and then after the first 5 minutes, blam, RICO was over, I was almost laughing. No one got anything that was coming to them. I can't say I'm upset, because I love Ron Perlman and am glad he is sticking around, but it was a little disappointing.

Looks like Jax finally finally cut the cord with Gemma. I think he knows she was involved somehow in his fathers murder. She wanted him at the head table, but she still wanted to be the power behind the throne and Tara has taken that away. It will be interesting to see her and Tara jockey for power and respect. Gemma is not going gently into that good night. Will all the guys still look to her? I have no idea, but I can't see Chibs going to Tara and crying on her shoulder like with Gemma.

The baby that plays Thomas is the best acting baby ever! You can totally tell he has a bond with the actors playing Jax and Tara, its very sweet.

I'm excited for next season!!

I'm just glad Juice made it. I honestly was scared for him the most all season. Rossi is great at acting twitchy.

All the cartel stuff sounded like Charlie Brown talk to me by the end. All I heard was the Irish would wait for Clay (b/c he's always been so trustworthy) and the guys I thought were a cartel were the good guys. I could've sworn Danny Trejo & Co. had shot up/decapitated a bunch of people, but I guess not? Hmm.

I also feel bad for Tig. He hit on Gemma a season or two ago, but he treats her like a den mother more often than not. I was expecting Opie to appear at the door but...well, I'll just be happy if Op doesn't show up with a machine gun and go postal on the whole club next go round. For a bunch that should be tight like family, they've certainly f*cked him over good & proper.

I'm happy that Justified starts after the holidays. As long as they stagger one good show after another I won't suffer too much Post-Season Finale Syndrome.

Oh, and the whole sex toys in the courtroom scene? I was on meds and had to find a recap to make sure I hadn't dreamt that part. What a weird dude.

I thought the finale was kind of weak. The CIA? Talk about your deus ex machina. Or should I say deus ex machete. So nobody gets killed or suffers any serious repercussions for all the stuff that went down all season. Yes Clay is no longer president but he is still at the table. I like Juice and the others and I didn't really want anybody to die but I think someone should have died or at least suffered serious consequences.The show has no balls.

I know exactly how next season is going to go. Wendy will try and get custody of the kid, she'll get close but then she'll die or something. The black crime kingpin from Oakland (I'm thinking Ving Rhames or Ketih David) will try and get revenge for his daughter's death. He'll be menacing and maybe kill some minor club members like Happy or fat prospect but ultimately the club will take him down. Clay and Gemma will scheme to get back in power and will by the last episode but won't kill anyone. The acting on the show is great but the show itself keeps writing itself into corners and then taking the easy way out. The show is supposed to go three more seasons. Guess we'll have to wait until the last season for something major to happen.

Oh yeah, and what the hell happened to Marianne Jean-Baptiste's character Vivica? That's a crazy waste of talent if she--an Oscar nominee--was really only on for one episode.

Is that where we're headed? I guess, what with the important girlfriend killed and all. I was mentally blocking out that friction but I guess they have to inevitably deal with it. And who knows, Juice's info could still be found out.

I may have asked before, but is there some reason Tara and Jax aren't legally married? Or did I miss a city hall wedding somewhere?

Just heard. I truly thought he'd make it to the end. Now, it makes me wonder if Jax is really the second coming of JT or if it was Opie.
