Is anybody still watching? I LOVED the Halloween episode for Burt alone. The hugs!!! Man, such a funny show with such sweet moments that are absolutely hysterical.

I'm still watching. The Halloween ep was hilarious. Burt...gotta love him. He was so sweet with Hope and the makeup. Maw maw & her cat suit...so inappropriate.

I have two episodes of this to watch, and I'm saving them like a kid saves the best candy for last...
They can have their Betty White, I think Cloris Leachman as Mee Maw is the most excellent thing on TV I've seen in decades.

I love that they used the term "procrasturbating" in tonight's episode.
The family is so weird, but they really care about each other and that's what makes it for me.
Hope is one of the cutest babies ever. I love the reaction shots she gives.

This week's episode was good stuff (love Burt) but it had nothing on last week's. I hope they can find a way to bring back Greg Germann and Valerie Mahaffey as Hope's grandparents. They were a riot. And Hope's babysitter (Shelley?) is always a nice addition. I love her songs. She needs to release a children's cd.

I wish they'd hold off on guest stars for a while. I realize this show has ties to Earl (writers?), but we don't need Jason Lee to prop it up just yet - I think the cast can stand on its own. Extended guest starring is one thing (Liza in Arrested Development comes to mind), but otherwise you will kill my love like Will & Grace did with their BIG STAR in each and every episode. That being said, I this show. |
