The shape of that dress makes me wonder if she said something along the lines of "Either you find me something that I can both walk and eat in or I'm wearing yoga pants and crocs".

That dress makes me think of the shape of Glenn Close's dresses in Dangerous Liaisons. Were they called "panniers," the device that puffed out the dresses?

I know, as a famous person, she's not going to have Jennifer.lawrence@gmail for her email, bit according to the sony hacks, the email she used was....wait for it....peanutbutt111@gmail .com
Okay, that's funny.

Sony Hack Reveals Jennifer Lawrence Is Paid Less Than Her Male Co-Stars, at least on American Hustle. It's really indefensible that Jeremy Renner got a better profit-participation deal than JLaw and Amy Adams. Adams was a lead, JLaw had a bigger role, was a bigger star and used in the advertising about a thousand times more. Also, it seems like there was some musing between Pascal and the Cleopatra screenwriter about dumping Angelina from the title role in favor of JLaw. The screenplay is based on a book maintaining that she was full-blooded Macedonian, but peanutbutt as Cleopatra, don't think that would go over so well with the internet. I would like to think that Jennifer has a little bit of savvy about her career and image and would know that wouldn't go well for her.

It is really ridiculous that she and Amy Adams got paid less than Renner. Amy was the co-lead and JLaw was just coming off winning an Oscar besides being the most famous person in the cast. No one went to see that movie for Renner (or Bradley Cooper for that matter).
It's good that this hack is bringing all these things to light. I hope the fallout brings changes to the industry.

She got paid less because she didn't get that role because the producers thought she was a good actress. I don't care how many awards she gets (or how she gets them). She is simply not a good actress.

She got paid less because she didn't get that role because the producers thought she was a good actress. Whether or not she's a good actress is subjective, but if you don't think sexism played into her being paid less we are clearly living in different universes and I would like instructions on how to get to yours. Also, regardless of her acting ability (personally I think she is decent, but probably not the second coming of Meryl and was miscast in Silver Linings Playbook) of the four main AH cast members she was/is the only one headlining a blockbuster franchise and the only one with an Oscar win. Also, it seems pretty clear to me that David O. Russell think she's a good actress, so kind of doubt that this part I've quoted is accurate.

She is simply not a good actress. Oh, well I guess sexism is OK when it happens to ladies you don't particularly like. What's your excuse for Amy Adams also getting paid less despite being a co-lead and having more Oscar nominations than Renner?

She got paid less because she didn't get that role because the producers thought she was a good actress. I don't care how many awards she gets (or how she gets them). She is simply not a good actress. So, Jennifer is so untalented and unattractive, yet the American Hustle producers hired her for a key supporting role despite her not being "all that", because they were brainwashed by the hype, I guess, or figured her popularity (despite being so inherently average) would help the movie, maybe she'd get nominated for awards and give the movie even more publicity, and money. However, it's fine to pay her less than men in the cast, anyway, because, even though she's popular and acclaimed, it's all a smokescreen and she's actually mediocre, and this is how Hollywood pay scales actually work. Well...it's an argument.
