I am going with Aunt Terry though I would love for it to be Linden.

I am so glad I gave up on this show. It started out well, I remember liking the first two episodes, but then not so much.

So...it was an accident by Jamie *and* Aunt Terry - who totally didn't know it was Rosie in the trunk.
In other words, Rosie's murder had *literally* nothing to do with her beyond being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I am going with Aunt Terry We have a winner! Though that sucks that she had no idea that Rosie was in the trunk. She just dumped it in the lake thinking that it would solve all her problems and get her 'boyfriend' to leave his wife. Harsh! And that is what totally sucks about her murder and this show thus far. What a total waste to find that she was considered a possible leak when she didn't see or hear anything. Jaime was nuts and reacted way too harshly. Hasta, show. Wish I didn't know ya.

I this series wasn't based on another show, I'd seriously think the writers were making it up as they went along, page by page. If you rewatched both seasons from the beginning (I am in no way suggesting that anyone do this!), you'd be hard pressed to find an hour of footage that had anything to do with the actual murder. Almost nothing in this show amounted to anything. So stupid. I'm furious with myself for wasting my time on this show.

What the? What about Rosie being chased in the woods? Did they answer that? I don't watch anymore. Off to do some searching...
Eta: ok, whatever, show. Glad I stopped watching. Geez.

What about the painting of the woods that someone put on Linden's refrigerator? I really thought they might have Linden call her son at the end of the show, but no. There are so many plot points that they just dropped without explanation.

Almost nothing in this show amounted to anything. THIS. That's what this time waster amounts to. I'd be a little more comfortable if anything from the last two seasons gave the audience a "whodunit" series of clues or something to help us get closer to the killer(s). But no, it was just stupid, petty shit. And yes, it's just a TV show...but Rosie wasn't really tied up ( I remember them saying she broke fingernails scratching the top of the trunk to get out) or not tied up much. Semantics and all, but that was a Crown Vic, all Ford vehicles have that glow-in-the-dark latch to get one out of the trunk if they're trapped. I just didn't buy the whole thing after it was revealed. Seriously, it was a mean trick. I'd rather it just been Jaime and Aames/Chief Jackson that were directly involved and not Aunt Terri. Just sad and stupid. ETA: Saw this interview with "Aunt Terry" and she said this: An entirely new cast? Hmm, that seems odd to me. They wouldn't be keeping any of the police peeps? The mayor? Odd.

So basically, you could watch the first and the last episode of thise show and wouldn't miss anything? It's like Lost! ;-)
I might be watching again if they get a new showrunner and new cast, though they should keep Holder.

Wait, her death was an accident? But she was chased through the damn woods.
Again, glad I stopped watching this.
