I thought Alex was the MVP of both episodes. First, inadvertently running a child labor sweatshop out of Chuckles & Huggs, and then intimidating everyone with her (newfound) intellect. She reduced poor Dave to a glue-sniffing idiot. If this show gets cancelled, I really hope Elisha Cuthbert lands on another sitcom. She has really turned into the MVP of the show IMO. |

There's a report this afternoon that the show is being shopped to USA and NBC for a possible pick-up if ABC cancels it. I think the odds would be good with USA, since they're trying to get into comedy. Yay!

I so hope this happens, ABC has not done right by it at all and it deserves a fair shot.

USA would be perfect - they have a lot of shows that are light, fun, frothy and comedic, just no half-hour comedies. I can see this pairing perfectly with 'Psych,' for example.
It's amazing how great Cushbert is, considering how not great she was in the early episodes. She really has grown by leaps and bounds as a comic performer.
RuPaul is guesting on the first of tonight's episodes. So if you know friends who are Ru fans but aren't watching HE...
I honestly have no clue why everyone in America isn't watching this show.

Cancelled Screw you ABC. I really hope someone else picks it up. Grrrrrrrrrrr. I'm not as pissed as when ABC cancelled 'Better Off Ted', or as heartbroken when FOX cancelled 'Arrested Developmemt', but I'm disappointed. I do hoped it gets picked up by a cable network. |
