I have zero desire to see Jen and Brad reunite, but I have to tell you, if they ever did I would laugh until the end of time. It would be the most insane full circle celebrity drama ever, and all the people who spent so much energy fighting online over that stupid triangle would probably have their heads collectively explode. It would be fun to watch the fallout.

Jennifer Aniston reunited with her cheating husband, becoming stepmother to 6 children (2 of them angry, estranged teenagers) and having to deal with Brad's vindictive ex. Now THAT would be "poor Jen".

I would assume Jen's way over Brad that she wouldn't even bother with him given the mess his life has become.

Also, I would love to hang out with Jen. She seems pretty chill, and I admire she's kept the same longtime girl friends (way before she became famous). That speaks of understanding the idea behind loyalty.

Exactly. I thought JA was too "lowbrow" for the likes of Fishstick. Did she (Fishstick) refer to her (JA) as "that TV girl"?

Also, Gwynneth wished Jenn a happy birthday on Instagram, saying something like, "Happy Birthday, you make 50 look hot." It may just be my imagination but I find that a tad shade-throwing. The articles about JA's birthday show all the Instagram posts with the HB wishes and all that and pics of everybody having fun. Gwynneth needs to remind us all that Jenn is 50.

Jen's got a hit with Dumplin' and Gwyneth hasn't had one in a very long time. Nobody's going to Iron Man/Avengers movies to see her, and those are the only ones she's been in that have succeeded recently. I'm guessing she's feeling a little bitter right now.

I would laugh my ass off if she and Brad got back together. I really want this to happen now. They don't have to get married again or even be serious, just go out on a few dates.

Gwyneth made it pre-emptively clear that it was her CHOICE to quit movies because she's running a MULTI-BILLION dollar empire and she doesn't have TIME except when directors beg and offer her ridiculous amounts of money - which they do CONSTANTLY but she turns them down. If she's feeling bitter it's only because she's on a kale cleanse. End of story.

I think the idea of Gwyneth is just a lot different for Hollywood folks than it is for us plebes. For years, I had this ongoing imagined scenario where I suddenly became a hot celebrity (for some reason?) and I spent the majority of my time calling Gwyneth out on her bullshit and putting her in her place. That fantasy withered to dust over the years, and it crawled into its own grave when I heard Gwyneth interview Julia Roberts for Gwyneth's Goop podcast. Julia friggin' Roberts spent the entirety of the podcast lapping up Goopy's ass. People have mentioned here how Gwyneth comes off differently during audio/video interviews than she does in printed ones, and I guess those differences play into how a large part of the general public responds to her vs how her peers in the industry and people who know her respond to her. Gwyneth has been a pretty transparent friend collector for the last decade or so.
