Once Upon a Time

I tried to catch up with this season on On Demand but the Frozen stuff bores me so hard I couldn't even pay attention. I found folding laundry more interesting. So needless to say I am still behind at least one or two episodes. I saw something on facebook about there being a new curse and fans are annoyed. Can anyone give me the condensed version (is it even worth writing out ;-))?

Basically the Snow Queen (who is named Ingrid and is Elsa and Anna's aunt) has cursed the townspeople so that they'll only see the worst in the people they love and kill each other. Emma & Elsa are immune from the curse because Ingrid wants them to be her new sisters. Seriously. At this point I'm only watching it to see just how ridiculous the show can become. Though I am looking forward to the next episode because it looks like Regina goes into full-on Evil Queen mode, S&M wardrobe and all.

I only watch for Hot Hook. And the Charmings. I have a soft spot for them.

I stopped watching it last season, but I still follow it on Tumblr. It seems like Mad-Libs now with them just inserting a new villain being related to ____, one of the main characters, and some kind of ____ curse, at the end of the mid-season break or at the end of the season introducing a new villain. While the show always had its problems even from the beginning, I thought there was a lot of potential in them being able to use famous fictional characters being trapped in our world. I just wonder who the next villain will be and how they'll make him/her related to the Charmings/Mills/Golds.

Right! I just saw an on-set photo of her, and the costume looks awful.

I think it's funny how there's always a Terrible Curse That Will Ruin Us All Forever And Can Never Be Broken! except then two episodes later someone reveals/finds out that some random object will, in fact, break the curse when combined with the powers of some random person + Emma. And Gold always has that object hidden away in his shop. And the curse is always broken at the last second.

The Charmings are cute but I think Ginnifer Goodwin's pixie cut is godawful. Her big Dumbo ears stick out and she has such a round face that the cut is not flattering at all. Since she's Snow White, why not a shoulder-length bob?

I also like seeing how many Lost alumni will turn up; I think there's been four so far.

WTH? When did Cruella become magical? Are they really out of magical evil villain characters already?

I didn't even like the Frozen movie but I really warmed up to Anna and Kristoff...Har har.

Am I the only Once Upon A Time watcher still hanging in there?

Sad but true, I think this show needs to end. They've run out of Disney characters to incorporate. Poor Snow and Charming have nothing to do (I don't think Josh Dallas even had a single line in the premiere). The #2 couple at this point is Regina and Robin, and they don't have any chemistry at all. Hook is still hot, but even he's phoning it in. I'm so, so sick of Zelena. And Henry looks like he should be studying for the SATs and sneaking a swig of rum from Hook's flask, not reading fairy tales and drinking cocoa.
