OK, what's noteworthy and obnoxious about this story is that JLO picks out fricken superstars to take her place. Does she really think it takes a Bono or Jon Bon Jovi to fill her big-assed chair (literally)? Get over yourself.

Jon Bon Jovi's ass will not be sliding into Jennifer Lopez's old seat at the judge's table on the next season of "American Idol" ... this according to sources extremely close to the singer.

Lopez threw Bon Jovi's name into the mix during her farewell media blitz this week ... telling ABC News she'd like to see someone like Jon ... or Mick Jagger or Bono take over her spot.

But one Bon Jovi source, who is definitely in a position to know, tells TMZ ... "With all systems go for a new album and a mega-tour on the horizon, Jon wouldn't be able to give those aspiring singers the guidance they deserve."

The source adds, "Jon wouldn't commit to anything unless he can give 100%. With planning for the next album already underway, he's focused on the band."

I don't think she should have answered with names at all. Who does that? She does that stupid laugh out loud thing constantly - she could have passed over the question by doing that.

Yeah, this guy is fug. Maybe he looks like a dreamboat after all that time with Marc. She's cute, I don't know why she won't just go with someone pretty. Ben was really the only one who had any good looks, and I don't find him all that hot either. It's not like these fug guys have been perfect partners/great men either.

I thought Cris Judd was fairly attractive and he seemed like a nice guy but I guess she got bored. I would have said he wasn't famous enough for her in the long-run but that wouldn't explain her attraction to Casper.

I don't know what Marc Antony's personality is actually like (whether he's some kind of monster or just a regular guy), but physically/looks-wise I didn't find it improbable he could attract someone like Jennifer Lopez.

But Casper? I'm not understanding this one at all. Maybe I judge men too much by their voices, but I wonder how J-Lo can even stand to listen to him. He sounds kind of pip-squeaky.

Well, Marc used to have a sexy thing going on circa 1999, maybe Jennifer was hanging onto the memory of that. But boy did he deteriorate. It's funny, I think they were each others fantasy, and then reality hit and neither one seems to give a crap about divorcing. Marc used to worship her, and she used to worship the worship. Now they both seem pretty, "Meh. move on!".
