Grand slam.
Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal are gold together.

I went to city to see this, I couldn't wait. I thought it was fantastic. I'm still a little nervous/anxious about parts of it. My mind went back to those events really fast, I got emotional without even realizing it.
The score was really wonderful for this. In movies where the action isn't so in-your-face, the music cues really add so much.

Best movie I've seen in ages. I was all tense during the last act even though I knew what was going to happen, and I totally jumped every single time they blew a door open.

Me too. I was really rattled for the last 20 or so minutes.

Me too. I was really rattled for the last 20 or so minutes. I was jumpy every time they did a wide-angle shot. Also I forgot about how some of the other events that happened were tied in together. I used to live near Times Square and walked right by that street about 30-45 minutes before it was found. I thought little of it at the time (after it was found I mean) but now that it's all connected in my mind, I'm a little more shaken up by it!

When this movie ended everyone at my showing was super quiet, there was hardly any talking at all while people were leaving and it was a pretty full theater. I can't even remember the last time that happened.
It's just a huge credit to Bigelow and everyone else involved that it was so suspenseful despite so many of the events being shown already being known. Like the bus in London, when the date showed on the screen I was steeling myself for it and I jumped when it happened anyway.

I wouldn't have wanted any other director to make this movie.
Knowing now what Kathryn Bigelow can do with a decent budget and a great script, I can't wait to see what she takes on next.

Saw it last night. It was good. Interestingly enough, the raid in the end was the least suspenseful part for me.
Like bklynred said, the score was wonderful. It really added to the film without becoming overbearing.

I saw this last night and I loved it. Having seen Silver Linings Playbook and Argo, I prefer this one to those two. I have yet to see Lincoln.
I just want to gush about the cast for a minute. This was one of the most impressive casts in a movie in a while. The talent was top notch. And I had so many, hey it's that guy/girl moments. And I'm not going to lie, I found a lot of the men in this movie to be very attractive.
