And the Emmys already have a reputation for nominated the same-o, same-o year after year. I mean, come on, Sofia Vergara gets nominated for squawk-yelling in an increasingly indecipherable accent every year? We get it, she has spectacular boobs. That's not acting. There are lots of great comedy acting performances going on in other "little" shows (Marcia Gay Harden in Trophy Wife, Eden Sher in The Middle are just two examples), but the Emmy folks just look at the same dozen shows every year and ignore the rest.

The Emmy's haven't let criticism prevent them ignoring actors and the actresses in the past. How many years did critics criticize the Emmy's for ignoring Connie Britton? Sure she was finally nominated but only once the show was going off the air. And don't get me started on the Emmy's ignoring The Wire.

There are two major obstacles Tatiana Maslany will have to overcome in order to get nominated. OB airs on BBC America which is mostly thought of as that channel that airs Doctor Who. The channel is new to original programming and do not have the funds to launch campaigns like major networks and HBO do. Also, OB is a sci-fi series and the Emmy's are notorious for having a snobby attitude toward sci-fi. Lost was the exception not the rule.

I certainly hope Tatiana overcomes the odds and is nominated. She deserves all awards for her work on Orphan Black. But I'm not getting my hopes up either.

Yeah. I would add Fringe to that list as well. It never got Emmy love. I have my fingers crossed though. She continues to be amazing this season.

The stunt double definitely gets props! I believe TM thanked her publicly last year (wait, it's in the article, lol). Like others have noted, I had to remind myself that the car ride involved one actress and not two look-alikes.

I love & hate Vic. He's such a dick! (sorry) I'll never trust him, although sometimes I need his comic relief. For someone who's supposedly so white bread, Alison falls for the outliers.

Holy Crap!

For a show where every episode is pretty awesome, that was one of the best yet.

The mix of humor, tension, sadness, mystery, etc. sometimes all in one scene seconds apart was blended so skillfully it was unreal.

Between Vic, Felix and Donny I nearly peed my pants. Bravo!

Felix is officially my favorite character on television right now. The only weakness is Cal. No man would be that understanding.

That really was one hell of an episode! I was laughing out loud frequently, but gasping out loud, as well. Absolutely brilliant!

I damn near jumped out of my skin at the end. Looove Felix. Delphine is still the worst. I'm not sure how Vic is still alive. Sarah pretending to be Rachel was goofy goodness.

Ugh. Just read an article with the OB producers. They are calling Cos/Delphine a love story and that they are caught between these forces. Umm...no. Delphine continues to violate Cosima's right to her biology and body in the name of love. That's not love. That's not respecting the one you love. I'm so sick of them defining that relationship as love. Cosima has no agency. She did last night, but I know they'll have her forgive Delphine because she's dying, but it rubs me the wrong damn way.

Loved Allison & Felix. They are so good together. Allison going off on Donnie was a long time coming. I think she's made a real breakthrough in her therapy. Ha!

Donnie is an idiot, so of course his killing Leekie was shocking and unexpected. I knew Matt Frewer had a new show. I was expecting his death, but after Rachel let him go, I assumed he'd be whisked away by Paul or Mrs S to be held as leverage . Nope!

Cal is naive. Annoyingly so. Which only increases my irritation with Sara.

All Delphine does is lie or withhold information. It's so frustrating.

I agree the Delphine/Cosima is a weak link in the show. I wouldn't mind it so much if the show acknowledged Delphine's disrespectful behavior. Now, this did happen last night (Cosima screaming, "I'm the science!" was a powerful moment)but will it last? Probably not. The relationship is popular so I imagine that clouds the view of the OB producers. I don't doubt Delphine truly cares about Cosima but she has not been respecting her.

You know what also blows my mind? That Sarah just so willingly trusts Cal. Yeah, he's allegedly Kira's dad but that doesn't mean Cal is trustworthy. She hasn't seen the guy in years yet she leaves him with Kira for days and appears to be thinking about running off with him. Cal seems sweet but I don't trust him. His lack of reaction when Sarah told him Dyad was after her and his fake IDs don't exactly scream wide eyed innocent. I have a feeling he knows what Dyad is and he has had dealings with them before.

I could watch an entire ep solely of Alison and Felix's antics! Their friendship is gold! I was howling as they attempted to find a place to stash Vic! Sarah as Alison was also great.

I'm not shocked Donnie accidentally killed Leekie. He's a moron waving a gun around. What did surprise me is Donnie truly loves Alison and didn't realize all of what Dyad had done to her. And now he and Alison are both accidental murderers. Considering how screwed up Alison is she will probably find this comforting and sweet.
