When it comes to not having a prenup, he only has rights to whatever she made during the time they were married, right? If she was filming Big Bang, she would be making $1M per episode (per the web) so after taxes I figure at most he'd be able to claim about $3M. Not bad pay for a couple of months!

As for her future prospects, I think she at least has the career expectation of some TV procedural in her future. CSI:Barstow, here comes Kaley!

I still haven't seen anything she's done, though I did watch those glorious GIFs from that unintentionally hilarious Drew Peterson Lifetime movie linked a few pages back - most excellent and hysterical.

Kaley Cuoco's divorce from Ryan Sweeting should be settled even quicker than their brief marriage ... since they signed a prenuptial agreement.

In the divorce docs filed by Kaley on Friday in L.A. ... she cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, and says they separated on September 3. They got married Dec. 31, 2013.

She also points out all property or spousal support issues are already hammered out in the prenup ... which they drafted and signed a month before their wedding.

Once I heard he was a tennis player, I had hoped he earned enough money from it to support himself.

On the ATP (mens) tennis tour if you are not in the top 200 generally you cannot make a good living without much sacrifice.
I believe he was top 100 a while ago, but injury and competition kept him from getting anywhere near there since.
With all of the travel 40+ weeks per year, coaching costs trainers etc. it is very tough.

The above link shows that he made just over 3k this year and slightly over $1million in his career playing singles and doubles (he was #64 in the world a few years back) so all is not lost.

Didn't something like that happen to Kate Walsh? I believe her marriage was even shorter than Kaley's.
