She was cast as Jean Grey in the upcoming X-Men movie. I think it's good casting! Though I will miss Famke.

She's on a show with lots of female nudity. So she might be topless at some point. She's also European, and they don't generally have the hangups about nakedness that Americans have. But I doubt she's going to go full Miley. She seems pretty well adjusted. Sorry to be pedantic but Europe is a huge continent containing many separate countries, with a massive range iof different culture and attitudes. Sophie Turner is British and we don't traditionally have the "European" attitude towards nudity. Many Brits don't identify as European anyway - it's a very weird situation, the relationship between Britain and (mainland) Europe. Sorry! I'm not trying to be obnoxious, it's just the whole "Europe" thing has always been a bit of a pet peeve. Topic? I remember Sophie talking about shooting Sansa's attempted gang rape scene. Not that that's comparable to going topless, exactly, but I hope they don't give her any nudity. |

Yep I agree, and I hear you. I hesitated to generalize but didn't have better phrasing at the moment; I dated a guy from England for years. I have good friends from Finland and Poland. They are all very different and their cultures are different. But you guys do have graphic sex scenes/naked people on... your equivalent of network TV in the U.K. We don't have that in the U.S. unless it's premium cable. In the '90s, Heather Locklear's mini skirt was scandalous. That's more of what I was pointing out. The U.S. is VERY uptight about nudity. Sophie is on a show with nudity, and her peers are doing nudity, so as she gets older, it might very well be on the table.

I don't know why anyone but a Kardashian would wear Balmain. Unless you're wanting to look like a Kardashian which, in my book, is not a good look.

She's a beautiful girl, I just wish her taste in clothing was more suited to her age. The sustainable dress isn't bad, though.
