I feel tired just reading all that. More power to Sophie.

More pics of Sophie in NYC. The entire black leather ensemble feels very NYC!

That dress is a lot for me, but I like her coat and boots. Sophie might be the low-key most fashionable royal.

Sophie is pretty much doing exactly what Meghan said she wanted to do in the early days. Use her platform to promote difficult feminist subjects, the Commonwealth and the UK. This is pretty much the antithesis of the Sussexes trip to NYC last year.
I've always liked Sophie. She's dedicated to anti child marriage, period poverty, rape as a weapon of war and girls' education charities and doesn't generally get a lot of credit for it because she doesn't trumpet her "female empowerment" credentials. Not to mention she spent the pandemic volunteering with St John Ambulance.

I was thinking the same thing! She had a huge potential platform and threw it all away. I will never understand it frankly.

Oh, they definitely made mistakes in the beginning. Both were huge embarrassments to the family professionally and privately. But they learned their lessons and started working hard for the Firm. They didn't leave in a huff blaming everyone but themselves for actions and words they said and did on tape. They now appear to have a pretty good life by having two kids, getting to do meaningful work and no one bothering with what they get up to in their private life.
