I.....do not like that dress. It's a lot of yellow.

I love the color and silhouette but something about the sparkle of the decoration + their arrangement makes it a little pageant-y to me.

I can't even concentrate on her make-up because of her face. That make-up job is criminal. She should bring her own foundation, powder if she is going to have white people with only white people colors do her make-up.

Should she have to bring her own makeup though? Mainstream companies from L'Oreal (on the drugstore end) to Bobbi Brown and MAC (high end) now carry foundation shades that flatter skin tones of people of color. No excuse, no excuse. Shame on that makeup artist!

Agree. Her foundation is WAY too light. But I like the cut and color of the dress on her.

I agree, she shouldn't have to bring her own make-up, but if you don't have something in case they don't you could end up like that. I got married in a resort town and I was told the make-up artist would definitely be able to do handle my skin. I got there and her selection ranged from white to whiter. Thankfully, I brought all my own stuff though as a back-up. *kanye shrug*. o

Wait...they don't? Then I'll just go to the salon from around the way.

Certain mineral foundations and powders can cause that reaction in photographs, so it's possible those products were used on Mindy's face without consideration for cameras and lighting. No makeup artist wants their client to look bad in pictures, but someone goofed indeed.
