Tell me this is a dupe thread. I love this show. Great dialogue, chemistry, actors... nice mix of drama & humor. A roster of good-looking people. And hellllooo, Gina Torres.

Her clothes are epic, as is her shape. I'd kill for those measurements. I've been crushing on her forever. I'll take Donna's dresses as well. I love that, reasonably speaking for TV, they have women with actual curves on the show, and flaunting them like POW!

Agree about the women's wardrobing - they all look like women. No masculine power suits, curves on display, lots of color. A+.

Donna is the best, and a ginger to boot? Hell yeah! Rachel is younger and dresses a bit more "business" casual but I would not toss her clothes out either. I think Patrick J. Adams was a great casting pic as a stoner...really believable (he was in Old School, when he wasn't using a middle initial yet!). Rick Hoffman is naturally a hoot. I'm so glad he found a niche, I was getting excited about seeing him guest star all over the place and thought he deserved to star somewhere. The jury's out on Gabriel Macht. I had a crush on him years ago, and he's awesome as Harvey, but even in bloopers he seems really intense (in one he asked a crew member not to breathe so loudly). His character is super focused so maybe the role demands it, but half the time I think, "Remember you're an actor and not *actually* a high-powered, Harvard-educated attorney, bruh." Very easy on the eyes though.

I just want to know why Katrina/Amanda Schull isn't a regular! Her dynamic with Louis is one of my favorite things on the show. I love all the women on this show, save Rachel. Louis is my spirit animal and Harvey makes me drool.

I started off hating Katrina but now I love her relationship with Louis. She's just what he needs, someone as power hungry but loyal.

I just started watching season 4. This is one of my favorite shows on right now. Everyone is cast perfectly and all the characters inter dynamics are so fun to watch.
Also the maybe not-so-random crossover actors between Pretty Little Liars and Suits is amusing.

Katrina and Louis make the show (she should be a regular) along with the clothes except when they put Jessica in those in those gets ups with puffy cuffs. Wardrobe should burn those cuffs and never ever grace Jessica's I wish I had her figure ever again. I wish they would bring back Rachel's dad. Wendell Pierce is awesome and his chemistry with Gina Torres was great! Not sexual chemistry more like powerful attorney chemistry.
That aside. Since last season's Hessington Oil WTFery the show has lost some shine. Rachel has one facial expression: blank. Mike's character has become brattier as the seasons pass. Louis lives to be accepted by Harvey and yes it's only tv but having worked at a firm in a previous life it's tough to get past the "would never ever happen in a million years" type stuff like:
The firm only recruits from Harvard (sans Rachel). With that not a single associate has any recollection of Mike at all? On the campus that brought us Facebook that's been around for a decade? Yeah, right.
Rachel being referred to as a lawyer/associate. She's a paralegal in law school, period. You'd think with Mike's situation they wouldn't be so casual about calling her a lawyer when she isn't. There were some paralegals who went to law school, but part time at night. They didn't whiz back and forth between classes and the firm and treat law school as a minor detail and they were always paralegals nor did they whine about not having a day off.
Harvey turning down future business with Logan for Mike's friendship. The whole merger last season happened because the firm was in money trouble. A named partner turns down millions in business from a rich client (who wasn't a criminal or did something illegal or horrific which even then does not disqualify him as a client) for fake lawyer/buddy Mike? Yeah, right.
Donna smacks a former named partner not out of defense, but because he lied on her. She'd be fired and possibly brought up on charges.
There is loads of other stuff, but that would suck all the fun out of the show so I'll end it there.
One last thing: In the few scenes they had together Katrina and Mike have more chemistry than Mike and Rachel. I'll see myself out now.

I'm pretty much watching this show for the clothes, because it's certainly not for the eyeroll-worthy storylines. I probably have the biggest problem with Mike, who acts like his shit don't stink despite being a fraud since the pilot. It doesn't help that the actor has Resting Douchebag Face, the male equivalent of Bitchface (see Paltrow, Gwyneth).
