The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ruled in 2016 that the flag alone could be viewed as racial harassment in the workplace, depending on the context. While it noted the flag doesn't have racist origins, today it can be "sometimes interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages in some contexts." The agency called for further investigation.

And see that's the problem. While it wasn't originally created to be racist and used as Americans defying the British...that's certainly not how it's being used now. There is NO WAY that Pratt hasn't seen those Nazi extremists flying that flag proudly down the streets of Charlottesville. Everyone has seen it. He knows better and I'm sure he's just going to claim ignorance.

And I agree with scarlet, I don't think he's a white supremacist or is racist either. He's just an idiot.

My other half is trying to get me to watch all the Marvel movies. I refuse to watch guardians because I cant set aside how much I dislike Pratt. Which says a lot because I'll watch Tom Cruise movies with no hesitation.

I am glad I saw the Guardians movies before I knew too much about Pratt; he really is pretty much perfect for that role (not that it cancels out him being a dbag).

If/when he and Katherine Schwarzenegger go kaput, I forsee some messy headlines coming out of it.

I guess I assumed that Katherine (well most of Maria's kids) would be more liberal and Kennedy like, but I guess that Arnold half is more influential. She clearly doesn't seem to mind that he's wearing that shirt, or his caveman beliefs in general. Also, eff him and his shirt.

I can't be over Chris, because I was never under Chris. He truly is the worst Chris. I would have to take an act of Thor to get me to see a Guardians movie. And even then, I'd just watch it illegally online.

My take on his shirt is this; he may not himself be racist, but he doesn't mind showing that he's sympathetic to them--and especially in this day and age, that means a lot. And to me, it's not good.
