More divorce rumors.

Dean, 54, and Tori, 48, have not been seen together in months, sparking rumors the pair have split- but a source told The Sun that while "Dean wants to file- he just can't afford it.”

“Tori and Dean are totally stuck together right now. Neither of them can afford to go through divorce proceedings.”

A source previously told The Sun that when Dean was working on projects in Canada recently that "He was happy to be going away and he was ready to be done with his marriage when he returned.”

When Dean got back from his trip he was greeted with “bills that had piled up. And a lot of those bills are in part because they have so many pets.”

The source added that not only are the pets expensive, but they create “a huge mess. It’s just another thing they fight about.”

Also, while Tori talks about her kids, she never mentions Dean.

Unfortunately, they have too many kids and pets. I imagine it becomes too much, too easily.

I believe they split and I previously said it would never happen. I follow her on Instagram and Dean is totally MIA from there. No way would she not be showcasing him if they were still together. I wonder what finally did it. I actually like her but she seems like A LOT. He obviously has issues as well.

Tori's made some stupid decisions over the course of her adult life, but I like her too. She seems like a genuinely kind soul, despite her wealthy and unusual upbringing.

Her brother, Randy, gives me a similar vibe.

On the other hand, Dean's always given me a shady vibe. The whole leaving his ex-wife and their new child to take up with Tori made me side eye him. I'm sure he was looking at being with Tori as his future financial windfall.

I don't follow Tori Spelling enough to have an opinion on her as a person, but I definitely judge the massive waste in her life. To be born into that level of wealth and now be such a deadbeat when it comes to paying bills, it just gets under my skin. I do remember a magazine article back in the day saying that she lived in some enormously expensive hotel rather than her house because the house had a big kitchen and she didn't cook. Some frivolous nonsense like that.

To be born on third base and somehow wind up so far off course and seemingly without the consequences that "regular" poor people face is frustrating to see.

What is Tori’s mom going to do with the estate after she dies? I can’t see her giving any to Tori….Are the Spelling’s into charity? Trust funds for the kids that the parents can’t touch?

I’m going to bet she’s set up some kind of strict trust. I assume Randy and Tori will be included but the bulk will go to the grandchildren. I’m not sure how Randy is with money but Tori will probably need a lot of stipulations regarding the distributions for her. There will probably be a professional trustee who handles everything. In all this time since her dad’s passing, I’m surprised Tori has never figured out how to manage money better. Even if it’s just hiring someone to help do it for her.

On a completely irrelevant note, her show “So Notorious” was hilarious and I think she probably has a really good sense of humor. Hence one of the reasons I have a soft spot for her.

Randy is living up in Portland working as a life coach. He's out of the Hollywood lifestyle and seems to be doing OK. He said in a recent interview that he felt a lot of pressure to succeed in entertainment as Aaron Spelling's son, but that when he went to rehab he realized it wasn't the right path for him and went off to do something different. At any rate, he hasn't filed for bankruptcy or done anything public where money is concerned.
