I saw a photo from the Met Gala with Megan Fox and Kourtney hanging out and wondered if Kourtney had mistaken Megan for Kim.

As much as I am loathe to admit, Kim actually did a pretty good job on SNL last night. The music video Grown Up Women in the Club was hysterical. In The Dream Guy sketch, I thought she looked so pretty. Her hair and makeup was so much better than her usual look.

(I know I could have simply not watched it, but I’ve watched SNL forever.) I know there’s no way she wrote her monologue, but I was amazed that she killed it. Then I thought her first sketch was a little shaky because I could see her reading the cue cards, but she was fair to even funny in the other ones. I really liked the lottery sketch, and she was well utilized there. Her mom though was awful. I could have gave her pass a pass in the switching bodies skit, but then she showed up again and was even worse than in her first appearance.

Yeah, I am usually super-anti-Kardashian, but she was better than average - a *lot* better than the athletes and non-entertainers (Musk, Trump) who've been on in the last few years. Good for her.

I thought the monologue was a little flat, but I guess flat is kinda her overall affect. I was also surprised by the episode, I thought it was pretty strong throughout. I found it a little funny that Khloe got zero "cameo applause" when she appeared. Kris Jenner definitely got a big reaction each time, as did all of the famous guys in the Bachelor knock-off sketch, but total crickets for Khloe. I spent much of the episode trying to figure out how she looked so exactly like all what I'd always assumed to be completely filtered photos. I know she's had tons of surgery, but her face looked like a still photograph. And Khloe looks much slimmer than I expected, like almost slimmer than I thought she could physically be given her frame.

Her face doesn't / can't move? That's creepy.

"Kravis." Lord.
Years ago, he had a show on MTV with his first wife, Shannon Moakler, whose ex-boyfriend/husband was Oscar De Le Hoya. I didn't hate it. From what I can remember, he seemed OK. He does seem to like women who like the spotlight, though.
