People who say, "We all have the same 24 hours, so if you're not hustling you're lazy," annoy the heck out of me. I'm a single woman, living alone, with a decent job which pays well and good insurance. I'm also coming off several years of underemployment, and dealing with several expensive chronic illnesses. I'm about to have my fourth medical procedure in a year. If I didn't have decent time off and a solid health plan, I'd be bankrupt. Likewise, the single mom who works two jobs/has small children/unreliable childcare doesn't have the same 24 hours as Kim Kardashian with her nannies and household help and her family cushion.

My deepest empathy, auroranorth. As someone who has worked 7 days a week for 6+ years, been looking for a full-time job since March 2020, left my jobs and moved back home to take care of my elderly parents, being immunocompromised during an international pandemic, lost my dad to COVID-19 complications four days after Christmas 2020, had several chronic illnesses that render me unable to take care of my mom, $80K in student debt that I may not be able to pay back, will never be able to retire because of student debt, have already filed for bankruptcy because of medical debt (guess what remained?), and may never own my own home.
These black-fishing, sliver-spoon in mouth, “entrepreneurs” can STFU!

Kourtney quoted the other day saying her relationship with Travis is private and won't be featured that much on the new show. Cut to trailer showing them at the doctor's office and the doctor giving Travis a cup to provide a sperm sample. Private: you're doing it wrong.

Nothing is private in this family. I remember when Kanye was insistent that he was not going to have his kids on the show (the old one), yet they were featured on the show.

"The advice that I would give is just that having a social media presence and being on a reality show does not mean overnight success," she said. "And you have to really work hard to get there, even if it might seem like it's easy and that you can build a really successful business off of social media. Whether you love or hate her, I have to give props to Kris Jenner, the matriarch. She's been the main one putting in that work to build up the family's empire and media presence. That passage would have run truer if those words had come out the mouth of Mama Kris.

Kourtney Kardashian married Travis Barker in Italy today. They did the legal wedding in CA on the 15th, and now this one in Portofino.

Not a fan of that dress- or "bodysuit with short lace panels at the hips" I think is more accurate. It's on brand for a Kardashian, though.
