Is that what the Kardashians are? Our modern day socialites? I'd say no. When I think of socialites, I think of wealthy women from powerful families, who married well and spend their time raising money for worthy causes, volunteering at children's hospitals and charity organizations, and being seen with their husbands and families promoting causes benefiting less fortunate citizens and raising awareness of same. In my mind, socialites only appear in print when they are drawing attention to the causes they support--the Kardashians are their own personal charity and anyone outside the family who is benefiting from their fame is probably being paid by them to keep them in the spotlight. I'm sure that some of their activities are valid charitable efforts, but the fact that I can't think of any of them, or even identify the causes they support, suggests that they are more about promoting themselves than the welfare of others.

This. Plus, I also think of socialites as having, you know, CLASS!

I'm unamused by whatever this is: his massive ego, a publicity stunt, him off his meds, I honestly don't care. This election is too important for this asshole to do this. And his stupid plastic wife just bobbing her head along in agreement. Screw them all.

Best case scenario is this is just a stunt, he drops an album in a week or two and then it all goes away. He’s already missed the deadline to get on the ballot in several states (nearly half), so people can’t even vote for him unless they write his name in. And really, what has the last three years taught us? If anything, it taught us that we do not need a celebrity with a massive ego and no government experience in the WH because when the shit comes down (say, when a pandemic happens), they have no idea what to do and the country just slides off the cliff.

I am seeing an album called Yahndi appearing on all my *cough*alternate source*cough* sites that appeared on Thursday. Could that be it?
