Regarding the above post concerning Charles and Camilla having a love child, it seems unlikely. AFAIK, they met when Charles was 22 and Camilla was 23. This gentleman would have been conceived in the summer of 1965 (born April 1966) when Charles was 16 and Camilla just turning 18. I don't think there has ever been any indication that they knew each other as teenagers.
I saw another site Dorante-Day shows pictures of himself and various family members, comparing them to Princess Charlette, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, even the Queen. Pretty much everyone other than TQ's corgis. I honestly didn't see much comparison, even in a different full faced picture of his daughter compared to Princess Charlotte. In any case, the time line doesn't add up.

According to google: In April 1966, Charles was 17 (he was born November 1948) and Camilla was 18 (she was born July 1947). Apparently, they met at a polo match in 1970. It's not impossible that they had a child together but it's extremely unlikely - if not impossible - for it to be Simon Dorante-Day. But he's not the first person to claim to be royal and he won't be the last. I really don't think he's going to get anywhere demanding their DNA though, and I'm sure he wouldn't believe it when any DNA test came back negative. Btw, welcome to the site!

I thought the birthdate was too early for Charles and Camilla. However, if he had claimed being a Prince Philip love child, that would have more plausibility.

Yeah, I would be more convinced if he'd claimed Philip. Admittedly, it's never been proved he was unfaithful, there are certainly a lot of rumors.

I think the Royals floated the idea of referring to Camilla as Princess Consort as a means to assuage the Diana loving public. People have definitely warmed to Camilla since the marriage. I never thought the Royals would break with tradition and call the wife of the King anything other than Queen.

Diana has been gone for 25 years, and it might even be close to 30 years when Charles becomes King. I think it's been more than enough time for people to deal with Camilla being called Queen.

Diana has been gone for 25 years, and it might even be close to 30 years when Charles becomes King. I think it's been more than enough time for people to deal with Camilla being called Queen. Time dulling feelings aside, I think feelings have actually greatly changed regarding both Camilla and Diana. The vast majority saw Diana as a tragic heroine back then. Now there’s somewhat more willingness to admit that she manipulated the public and press, and arguably played the victim. Similarly where previously she was hounded to death by the paparazzi, there is now the pointing out that she did get into a car with a drunk driver and didn’t wear a seatbelt. Likewise people appreciate Camilla for her straightforwardness. It would be interesting if they did a poll to see if public opinion re Camilla’s Queen title was more about people still being on Team Diana but not as pushed about being anti-Camilla, or whether indeed people have genuinely had a chance of heart. Agree, Queen Camilla sounds great - all 3 of the triangle do have great names - regal yet in a v cool way. Harry and Meghan names just sound sad compared to Charles, Diana, and Camilla.
