I didn't think he was in very good voice but he looked good. He's let up on the hair dye. It's not as dark as it was and it looks more natural.

Yeah, his voice was off. I'd still love to see him live some day, though.

Yes, his voice blew out a few times, but damn was that a great show. I'm like 35 years younger and I couldn't do one of those running slides across the stage. I love him.

His energy was phenomenal. Too bad three of my favorite songs from him were too depressing and/or mellow for the celebratory atmosphere (The River, Ghost of Tom Joad and Thunder Road).

I'm really surprised he didn't do The Rising. What a fun halftime show.

Great job, despite some voice issues. He was clearly thrilled to be there.
Tickets for the new tour go on sale starting tomorrow! And the new CD is fantastic, go check it out!

It was pretty good for no Dancing in the Dark.

Awesome show, even though he said it would be hard to cram 3.5 hours worth of energy and music into twelve minutes. As long as he does "BtR", I'm happy. I don't know what the rest of the tour looks like, but here in Austin, everyone's talking about how much LOWER his ticket prices are for his upcoming tour. I think top dollar last time was $150, but this time around the top tickets are going for $89. I just know he told his promoters to knock 'em down as low as they could so folks could more likely afford them. *sigh* I just love him.

In retrospect, I love that Bruce and the band looked so excited to be there, like "Dude, we're playing the fricking SUPERBOWL!!!!" They looked like they were having a blast! Also, everyone in my living room unanimously decided we wanted Clarence Clemons' robe.
