This is just me being a big huge baby, but also operating under the theory of "It Never Hurts to Just Ask".

Is there any way we can have more space for sig lines? I have something much longer that I'd love to have as mine (lately, I've had the whole Julius Caesar/Brutus speech from Mean Girls running through my head - the part when Gretchen Weiners flips her shit. Hilarious!), and I'd love to put it in there, but there are too many characters. Is there a sneaky way to work around it, or should I just be happy with "She was huge and her breasts were made from whole turkeys" for the time being?

You'll have to settle for turkey breasted quotes...the sig line feature is determined by Proboards, not us.

As for a Happy Birthday thread, won't that just be a bunch of people repeating "happy birthday" to someone new each day? Doesn't seem productive. If you want to wish someone a happy birthday, send a PM. If you want to share how you are spending your own birthday, you can post in an appropriate thread like True Confessions or TMI if you're having a celebration worthy of a Greecie.

I would suggest City Confidential: Austin, Texas as there are quite the few Austinites on this board but there are also Texans from all over like Houston, Dallas, plus all the tiny towns etc. So I'm suggesting State Confidential: Texas because it doesn't matter what town you're from, it's the fact that you're a Texan that counts. And I can do Greecie get-togethers wherever.

I was wondering the same thing about State Confidential: Ohio. I know there are a few of us, but we're spread out all over the state. Just wondering. We're just as important as New York and LA, damnit!

I'm sure you don't want to have 50 threads for all the states, so I understand if you say no, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I think these would actually work best in the context of the TC thread instead of as separate topics. There's no rule against us going on tangents like that!

And I think the TX thread is a good idea. Maybe we should make Moldy see where most of our users are, and set up a couple other regional threads to take up the not-Mod-related-city thread slack...?

We remove the narc so that the person who posted it doesn't end up with residual anger from the person(s) narced on. We also want to avoid turning this thread into the board's equivalent of a traffic accident.
