Who said he doesn't pay child support? If this was the case, I'm sure it would have been all over the news given his high profile status as a result of the popularity of Flavor of Love.

He was arrested for nonpayment of child support in the 90's, and I guess there was some discussion of this fact on Strange Love, the show he did with Brigitte Nielsen.

On another note, I found this hysterical tidbit in a NY Times article about Flav:

Although not conventionally attractive (he bears more than a passing resemblance to a California Raisin character), off camera, Flav appears to be a warmhearted man, one who is possessed with a manic energy that makes him mesmerizing to watch.
