An ex-coworker of mine is her cousin and according to him, the gay is just a rumor--apparently she has some really rich boyfriend who wants her to quit the biz and settle down.

I could live with the first black bow. This on the other hand is about as bad as Carrie Bradshaw's infamous green miniskirt with the bunny tail ruffle.

Has anyone mentioned that quivery voice she does? I HATE it. I think it's her comic voice or something. I don't know, but she did it at the Oscars. I like her, but man, I don't like that voice.

I hate this person. If I hear one more celeb use the "I used to be so unhappy and miserable, but I started writing in a journal/going out with my friends more/eating healthier, and I got better" I'll scream. It's not genuine depression if you can fix it that easily! Reminds me of when Ashlee Simpson announced she used to be anorexic, but got better because her parents made her start eating again. What. Ever.

Also, Anne's Oscar dress was hideous. She looked like a Barbie from 1988.

Well, I also think there maybe a lot of people who -- like Anne -- had maybe a mild form of depression that was situational. I think it's good of her to speak out about that so that people who can be helped by changing their lifestyle do that instead of popping pills.

Like I said, that is not true for every case but kudos for Anne for at least pointing out that changing one's perspective could be a good first step.

I can absolutely vouch for this - it was my situation as little as a month ago. I didn't want to leave my apartment, and on the weekends, I just stayed in, layed around on my sofa and cried. Even my family was pretty scared. And all I needed to do was change from my hell job to a job where I'm working with nice people, and everything turned around. As atpeacewithme pointed out, some mild forms of depression are situational. Depresssion's not just one kind of cut and dried, one size fits all situation.

Her boyfriend's in trouble for showering millions on her.

Raffish real-estate developer (and ultimate Zach Braff look-alike) Raffaelo Follieri is being sued by supermarket billionaire and friend-of-everyone Ron Burkle, for allegedly taking $55 million of Burkle's company's money and lavishing it on, as court papers put it, "an unnamed actress girlfriend," who TMZ has confirmed is none other than "Devil Wears Prada" star Anne Hathaway.

According to the lawsuit, filed in Delaware Chancery Court, Follieri spent at least some of the gigantic money pile on private jet travel for himself and Hathaway, dog care for their Labrador Esmerelda, monster shopping at Prada and Fendi, and an executive chef, among other extravagances. The money was supposed to be poured into development of land purchased from the Catholic Church, which is Follieri's business specialty. Burkle, a fatcat Democrat, counts Bill Clinton as a friend, and was among recent bidders for the Los Angeles Times.

For Hathaway, the bad news about Raffaelo doesn't end there. TMZ has also learned that while Anne has been shooting "Get Smart" in L.A., Follieri has been spotted in NYC with an unnamed model for Roberto Cavalli, and that Follieri and his not-Anne were recently seen slithering out the back of exclusive celebriteria Waverly Inn.

Hathaway's rep didn't respond to a request for comment. In a statement on the legal matter, Follieri said, "We believe we have conducted our affairs for the joint venture successfully."
