I think I would go the Kelly Taylor route also. I think David Spade is funny so I guess I would chose him- but only in the dark. Andy Dick was great on Newsradio, but since I think he is as gay as the day is long, he probably would remove himself from the running.
I am not going to jump into the morality debate, but I don't think I would want Richie Sambora if I were Denise Richards. Not because I don't think he is cute and talented, because I do like him. But Denise and Heather were friends, so Denise has been listening to Heather list all his faults and all of their marital troubles. Why would you want to jump into that, so Heather's problems could become your problems?
OR- maybe its true what the tabloids said and that their divorce stems from his wanting more children. Then Richie sees an opportunity to hook up with Denise: hot gal, PLUS two cute little girls that fills his need for more kids. Of course, I have no clue, just speculation.

Well if that quote is true then Locklear is the ass in my opinion. Who treats their friends like that? It also makes me more certain this affair is a big FU to their ex's.... spouses and friends.

If I had to take sides on this I would certainly go on Locklear's. I think Denise is a real bitch for going off with her friends soon to be ex husband like that barely before the maritual bedroom sheets went cold. Richie is just as guilty for getting with his soon to be Ex's friend like that. Sickening!

And to do it so publicly. Those pictures of her straddling him on the balcony reminded me of the Jennifer Aniston/Vince Vaughn pictures. They knew the photographer was there and wanted to make sure they provided a good show.

I've got a pretty strict personal code about dating my friends ex's (as in: not ever) But if my friend accused me of something unfairly and said " You no longer exist to me" I'd have to say all bets are off. Of course I still wouldn't date Ritchie since I think he's pretty hideous but it wouldn't be because of my ex friend.

Denise obviously does not take her friendships with people seriously. It is so vindictive to do that to someone - almost like you want to get back at them for some reason. If one of my friends did that to me I would never speak to them again. I mean Heather was married to Richie, not casually dating and they have a young daughter together.
P.S: I also just realised that I made a typo on my last post - I meant 'marital', not 'maritual'. Oops!

It probably was not unfair. There's a reason Denise did not respond quickly to the question. She and Ritchie had done *something* by that point, and she probably felt too guilty to answer.
Heather probably would have been more calm about it if Denise had told her about the relationship BEFORE it was revealed by others. There was a reason she was being secretive.

The more I hear about this situation, the moreI feel so bad for Heather. All this shit with Denise and Richie has got to be so publicly humiliating. I saw some pictures of her on Entertainment Tonight hanging out with her friends and even though she was wearing glasses you could tell she had been crying. I just want to give her a big hug. And Richie is scum since he appears to have cheated on Heather not only with his personal assistant but with Denise as well if it's true that they were together while Heather and Richie were still together.

I'm totally on Heather's side. She was a loyal friend to Denise. When she was going through all her problems with Charlie, she stood by her, consoled her and went out with her. I don't think it's too much to ask of a friend that they don't attend my STBX's concert. For Denise to go, it's just rude and unfeeling. I think by going to the concert and hesitating when questioned was enough for Heather to end the friendship. She rocks in my book. Nothing wishy-washy about her. "You no longer exist to me. It's like you've died." She's obviously someone who values loyalty. I guess it's hard to come by in Hollywood.
