Mind you I doubt he get a word in edgewise with any Irish person he might meet! I think it’s hilarious that’s he is stuck in Ireland and mostly because of a SuperValu bag he is trending. We are easily amused as a nation at the moment. |

I don’t know I’m no where near a beach* myself, it’s only assumed that’s what he is doing he could also have been out get a “bag of cans” for himself and his keepers or took his 2km daily exercise on the beach and grabbed a few essentials on the way back who knows for sure! I might just have Mattsplained this post! *Edit I looked it up apparently it is ok to swim in open sea here at the moment but the water is always freezing here so he might have figured out if he was swimming why he was most likely the only ejit to do so! Usually a day at the beach here involves sitting in the car eating ice cream looking at the sea while it pisses down with rain only the very brave or crazy and dogs actually swim! |

I saw this article and I don't even know why he thought this was a good thing to share. I mean, great for his daughter who seems to be a way better person than he is, but Matt Damon dropped several levels for me. |

I wasn't surprised at all, neither that Matt Damon only learned a lesson recently that Michael Scott learned about 15 years ago, or that he thought this was a good story to tell.
"I said it when I was a teenager and it was ok" is so very, very Matt Damon.

Yeah, Matt mansplained diversity to Effie Brown, telling her diversity only mattered in front of the camera, not behind it. And that argument made her a controversial figure, and she couldn't get work after that. Project Greenlight and Matt Damon were supposed to help her career and they hurt it. Lee Daniels stepped in and actually gave her a helping hand after she was out of work for a few years.
I'm not sure if it was the same discussion where Matt also mansplained that Hollywood is a meritocracy.
