She looks like Miley Cyrus's older sister.
I've got my Hairspray soundtrack on, and has anyone noticed how she sings, "And if they try to stop us ,SEE-Wuhd..." She's got very weird pronunciation.

I love the color and the beadwork? I wish the big gems were just embroidery, as I am not a fan of the big jewels on clothing look. The dress reminds me of Middle Eastern caftans but there's obviously some important modestly bits missing  The layered part I love! That color of this is my favorite tho. I must be on a turquoise-ish kick lately, but I thought that Marcia Cross, Jaime-Lynn Siegler and Amanda Bynes' dresses all looked gorgeous because of that color. |

Holy good god, that dress is absolutely GORGEOUS! Although she has a ditzy/precious persona, I think she's a decent performer and certainly not skanky, which should be applauded in this era.

She still has an amazing amount of baby fat on her face, in a weird way its nice to see she isn't dieting her way down to nothing. I love the color of the dress.

I really love Amanda Bynes and thinks she's just a doll. She doesn't do a lot of this random crap that girls her age pull now a days.
However, she needs to go a little easy on the mascara.
It's funny, but that dress she wore this time last year was divine, but that one from tonight? FUG.
It looks like a Project Runway seat belt challenge disaster in hot pink. Ick!
