Posting to say that Rudebox the CD is available today from iTunes. I could have sworn there wasn't going to be a US release but there it is.

As a Robbie fan, I'm pretty content with the fact that he's not a huge star in the US. He's a huge star worldwide so that's good for me.

Yes, he is a huge star in the UK and here in Australia. So what if he does not make it big in the US...

They just reunited and released a single (That I LOVE!) called 'Patience'. Theyre doing a huge tour that sold out in minutes. Between TT breaking up and the reformation, lets see - Gary was songwriting and having a family, Howard was DJing all over the place, Ibiza and the like, Mark...I don't know, he attemped a solo career and it was very 'meh', think he might be married now too, and Jason went right out of music, and just got even hotter looking. Patience video is here!. I love it.

I'm not surprised that Robbie's one of the highest paid entertainers in the world given how his promoters squeeze the dollars from the pockets of his fans. As much as I love RObbie's music, I can't help but feel disappointed about being deceived about his sex appeal. In real life, Robbie has no charisma and is not all that good looking. The man looks like a leprechaun. And those adidas tracksuits he wears at his concerts does not do has chav-image any favour.

As a US fan it makes me sad he never really broke over here in the States as I'd like to see him in concert and at present I'd have to travel overseas to do so. But I am happy he does have a thriving career.

Yes, he is a huge star in the UK and here in Australia. So what if he does not make it big in the US... He obviously has a good career without success in the US but I don't think it's no big deal he hasn't made it here. We are the biggest media market in the world; a popular singer sells millions of copies of a hit record here alone. And almost 70% of first-language native English speakers are American, so as an artist who sings in English it really does make a lot of sense for him to try to crack this market. He doesn't necessarly need this market but his career could be just so much more enhanced by cracking it. But he's tried and failed so I understand him not putting any more effort into a market that hasn't been responsive to his music.
