Wow, he was cute in high school. But today whenever I see those clips of him dancing he always looks like he's at major risk of pulling a muscle or something.

Freaks me out. I think he looks like the Ghost of Stephen Harper Past.

I think he's an okay singer. I didn't really watch AI, I generally only saw it when my housemate's girlfriend was over and watching it. I didn't care for any of them, so I guess I'm okay with him winning, even if he does remind me of the Prime Minister.

So... does anyone have any good dirt? Marmalade balls? Gay hook ups on the interweb? Fake babies?

I don't watch American Idol so I don't know a lot about him. But I do get People Magazine and agree with the people who said that he's not a hot bachelor. I loved how they included those pictures of him dancing around like a nerd on Idol in fruity clothes when they are trying to convince us just how desirable he is.

This picture gives me the creeps. But this picture makes me swoon.

I agree about the getting in shape and such, and he'll be to an even greater AI status. Michael McDonald wasn't a bad looker in his prime with the Doobies, so I'm thinking that Taylor has a chance, too.

Never watched this season of AI, but from what I've seen of Taylor, he's quite likable. To me, anyway.

He has his moments of cuteness, but I am not attracted to him really. One of my friends, just loves him though. Wants to marry him, I think. hehe.

As for him being in People as being hot or whatever...I regard that crap as having to do with your career and PR, more than anything.

Boy, I've been saying that since I first say him audition six months ago and I'm a huuuuge Father Ted fan myself.

I like him but after reading the People magazine article, it was just too much personal information for me.

Actually, I know nothing about this guy, and didn't watch any AI. All I know is that when I saw a commercial featuring him I did a doubletake, and then wondered if he might do a rendition of "My Lovely Horse".

Yes! I'm not a huge Taylor Hicks fan, although I would probably get wobbly in the knees if he had on a clerical collar...or mentioned something about Eurovision.

OT: my sister thought I was a freak for preferring Father Ted over Father Dougal.
