If it helps you calm down, he doesn't really look like that anymore and is more "normal" looking now in terms of his physique. I remember an interview of his where he said he basically had to work out constantly and eat super healthy all the time to look like that and he wasn't willing to do that long term.

Nice to know that he had to really buckle down to look like that too. It makes me feel better about working out and still not looking top notch.

He's running the NYC Marathon next month as part of Team Fox, Michael J. Fox's charity for Parkinson's Disease, from which his father also suffers.

While I'll probably never fully understand Michael's struggle, I've had a first hand peek behind the curtain of Parkinson's. I've watched my father -- a strong and proud person who successfully raised 4 arguably insane children - slowly, cruely stripped of his independence. His golden years robbed without explanation. It quite obviously sucks. Witnessing my Dad suffer over the years galvanized my need to step up. On November 2nd, I'll join thousands of other men and women to march in lockstep solidarity toward searing psychic pain and physical humilation.

And on a completely shallow note - I'll be in NYC by then. He will probably take his shirt off when he gets hot. Must find the marathon route.
