I adore anything 20s-inflected, but the dress plus the hair plus the make-up is too costumey. I think the make-up is particularly bad. She looked jaundiced.

That said, the dress is AMAZING.

Possibly engaged to Jamie Bell.

Wood, 24 and Bell, 25, were photographed together by X17 in Hollywood on Saturday, with Wood wearing what looks like an engagement ring on her left hand.

A rep for Wood, who met Bell in 2005 when they both starred in the music video for Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends," had no comment about a possible engagement.

The British actor, 25, recently proposed to the True Blood actress, a source confirms to Us Weekly. The Billy Elliot star was first spotted shopping for engagement rings in late December.

A friend of mine ran into Evan and Jamie Bell at a Target in Raleigh, NC (Evan's hometown) over Christmas. She posted a picture with Evan on Facebook. I wonder if he proposed while she was visiting her family?

I wonder if they'll actually make it down the aisle? They're a cute couple, though I think Jamie could probably do better (personality-wise, I mean). He seems like a nice guy.
