I used to work with a woman named Lorraine, so you can imagine what I used to say to her in my Crispin voice....
"Lorraine... you are my density."

Didn't he direct a couple midget bondage movies as well? He also interviews the director on the commentary track of Werner Herzog's Even Dwarfs Started Small, which really belongs in the Most Disturbing Movie Moments thread.

Midget Bondage will be the name of my punk band. As soon as I get one. I really liked CG in What's Eating Gilbert Grape too. He fit in that movie so well.

He was in that movie? Damn, the more I read about this guy, the crazier he seems. It's a wonder how he and Angelina didn't hook up when she was crazy.

OMG! I smell future super couple! Seriously, Angie, dump that boring ageing frat boy and hook up with Crispin!

I only know of him as the "thin and creepy guy" from the Charlie's Angels movie.
After reading this thread, I realize that was inspired casting-and them some.

He is beautiful, but insanely creepy. He is one of those types that I would still fuck him as long as he killed everyone else but he leaves my friends and my family alone.

Every time I hear anything negative about Crispin Glover on Letterman I must leap to his defense. He went on the show as his character Rubin from his movie "Rubin and Ed." Rent the movie. It's very weird and one of my favorites. The short version:
Rubin is very weird man with terrible style whose cat died. He lives at his mom's motel. Ed (Howard Hesseman) is a real estate seminar attendee and is looking for people to bring in on the scheme. He crosses paths with Rubin, who agrees to go with Ed to his seminar if Ed helps him find the PERFECT place to bury his dead cat (in the meantime it's in an Igloo cooler). Hilarity ensues.

You're thinking of What is It? his film featuring cast members with Down's Syndrome. The one film of his I would like to check out is Crime and Punishment, based on the novel.
