You used to be able to order them directly from his publishing/production company "Volcanic Eruptions," which was apparently based in his mother's house. If you called to place an order, you'd sometimes get his mom on the phone. The books themselves were very neatly packaged and autographed -- which all would have been adorable if the books weren't so creepy and insane. Nonetheless, they occupy a special place on my bookshelf and in my heart.
A friend of mine runs a bookstore with his mom, and when she'd call Volcanic Eruptions to order things, she and Mrs. Glover would have long conversations about their sons.
I'm pretty sure his video for Ben is one of my favorite things ever. It's the rat on the pillow, I think.
