If she's not broke, her ex will find the money. A good forensic accountant can find almost anything.
It wouldn't surprise me if she's broke. She doesn't seem like she'd handle her finances in any sort of rational way.

I doubt she's as broke as she says, but I do remember that Coley got his huuuuuge monthly settlement by claiming she was making millions from Men in Trees & potential movie roles. I thought it was unfair since TV series are temporary & her movie career has dried up. She's an actor - they make money while they can and then have to live on that when work is scarce. I think some TV actors have provisions in their settlements that when their TV series are cancelled, their child support payments change.

I'm so out of the loop-I forgot she was divorced-but I didn't know she didn't get join custody. What gives?

It's further back in this thread but, IIRC, Coley alleged that she was a piss poor mother and that he was the primary caregiver. I thought though that the court awarded them shared custody in the end? Brain fuzzy. |

It is not like she had been in a ton of movies or does a lot of endorsements. Isn't $15,000 a month what Britney pays K-Fed? Because (according to TheJakes) Britney is worth way more than Heche. |
