His album is not even out yet, and he's already overexposed, IMO. I feel like I've been hearing about him for six months. I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion, but I honestly feel he's pretty mediocre. "Grace Kelly" was alright, but that new "Love Today" sounds like it was written by a fifth grader. And that falsetto gets tiresome really quick.

I'm also annoyed that he doesn't wanna come out and admit he's gay. He's singing music in the style of Freddie Mercury, Elton John, and Scissor Sisters. His music is not exactly going to appeal to the conservatives, anyway. (It's kind of like how I feel about Sean Hayes. You're audience is mainly gay and open-minded people anyway. Why not just come out and be done with it?) I just don't see the point in remaining ambiguous in this day and age.

I hate his song "Grace Kelly" more than words can say. So I hate him too.

Men singing falsetto is a huge pet peeve of mine. IMO they never, ever, ever sound good. I hate Prince's song "Kiss" for the same reason.

In all honesty, I'd never heard this guy before I just listened to some of the clip linked above. No lover of Queen back in the day, but the late Freddy Mercury deserves better than to be aped by that....that...whatever that is. High-larious. It looked and sounded like a MadTV parody video.

I don't hate him as much as you guys do, but I can't listen to his album in entirety because then his voice gets too annoying. He has some good songs, though.

I actually like "Love Today" because it makes me laugh but that voice would get old during the course of an entire album.
