Apparently that video was taken several years ago (according to his rep). Not that that necessarily excuses the comment itself -- I just don't think it is that indicative of how he acts nowadays.

I can't believe that I know this, but it was Walgreens not Wal-Mart. God help me, I knew that without googling it. It was back in November that he was arrested too. I think that I've officially been spending too much time on celeb gossip now that I can recall the details of a c-list celebrity's arrest. Other than that, I'm on board with the teetering towards the addict lifestyle theory.
