The prosecutor on MSNBC is completely bashing her and saying she needs to go straight back to jail. She also said that if her medical condition is detoxing, she needs to go to rehab. I can't believe Paris Hilton is getting live coverage on MSNBC and Fox.

yeah, and I can't tell by looking at the streaming on Fox News whether I missed her coming out or not. I am at work and being a BAD girl right now.

Oh Yea she is late by 10 minutes . And she is nowhere in sight of coming out . The cops are walking around her house .

Paris still hasn't come out. Her driver/bodyguard is pacing outside the gate to her house/apartment. There are a lot of photographers there. I am guessing that Paris is having a tantrum inside the house.

One of the commentators on MSNBC just said "If Paris goes back to jail it will be a victory --not for Paris-- but for the country and the world." Ha ha.

I guess there is some argument over who had jurisdiction over inmates the sheriff or the judge. And, if they take too long to decide then Paris won't have any time left to serve.

She is probably running late, because she thought she was going to do it on the phone. Now that she has to go out in public, her team of make up artists and hair dressers are furiously working to make her look hott.
