There needed to be less material around her torso and she also needed to stand up a lot straighter to make that work.

I find it oddly endearing that someone as successful and gorgeous as Julianne Moore has such struggles when it comes to the red carpet. Poor woman chronically wears unflattering pieces to awards shows.

But WHY does nothing fit her flatteringly? She must have access to very talented designers and tailors... Perhaps she just doesn't have the patience for fittings and takes her chances.
Too bad because that color is perfection on her.
